What is an Overseas Korean?
A person who is a Korean national who has acquired a permanent residence abroad or resides in a foreign country for the purpose of permanent residence

Overseas Koreans (F-4)
Those with Korean nationality and acquired foreign nationality for their children are called foreign nationals. In other words, foreign nationals with roots in the Republic of Korea can issue F-4 visas for overseas Koreans under the Overseas Koreans Act.
You can stay in Korea for a long time with an F-4 visa and enjoy free employment (except for simple labor) and receive the same treatment as a Korean national in real estate and financial transactions.
